The Montgomery Biscuits played their final regular season home game tonight if front of a large (for Montgomery) crowd. The game was a hitter's paradise with good performance from both teams. The only Carolina Mudcat player that I will mention is Johnny Raburn, the former Biscuit, who hit well tonight.
Vero Beach Devil Rays newcomer Patrick Cortelle redeemed himself tonight by making several good plays on the field and getting his first hit with the Biscuits. With a final score of 12-6, just about every Biscuit contributed and it would be impossible to mention them all.
I want to thank all of the Biscuits for their hard work this season. I have enjoyed every game that I was able to attend and hope to see them a couple more times at Riverwalk Stadium as they play their way into the Playoffs.
Can anyone say; Repeat!
